If we can't access your driveway the pallet will be left at the closest point possible. The pallet can only go as close to your site as the hand operated pallet truck allows. While the delivery driver will do his best to get the pallet as close as he can to your property he is unable to move the pallet over kerbs, up an incline or on loose gravel surfaces.
